CONDITION GRADES / GRADERS NOTES

The condition of each product is extremely important to us and we want our customers to have the best possible idea of the condition of each product. Please do not message us asking for actual photos of the product.

We provide our products with a grading scale and graders notes for the customer to decide if the product is right for them.

We are not professional graders and the information provided is only intended to give the customer the best idea of the condition. 

Our grading scale is designed for multiple kinds of products and does not get specific about each product. We provide the graders notes on most products to give a better idea of the condition of each item. Our grading scale ranges from NEAR MINT condition to FAIR condition. We will NEVER call a product MINT condition.

NEAR MINT (NM) (9.5 / 9.0) - 0 NOTICEABLE IMPERFECTIONS / MINOR-MODERATE SHELF-WEAR 

VERY FINE (VF) (8.5 / 8.0) - 1 OR 2 MINOR IMPERFECTIONS 

FINE (F) (7.5 / 7.0) – 3 OR 4 MINOR IMPERFECTIONS OR 1 MODERATE DEFECT TO THE PRODUCT

VERY GOOD (VG) (6.5 / 6.0) – 5 OR 6 MINOR IMPERFECTIONS OR 2 MODERATE DEFECTS TO THE PRODUCT 

GOOD (G) (5.5 / 5.0) – 7 OR 8 MINOR IMPERFECTIONS OR 3 OR 4 MODERATE DEFECTS TO THE PRODUCT 

FAIR (DAMAGED) (4.5 / 4.0) - 1 OR 2 MAJOR DEFECTS OR WE CONSIDER IT A DAMAGED PRODUCT

PAINT DEFECTS/BOX CONDITION FOR FUNKO POPS

We will include any noticeable paint defects that we can see in the grader notes, but ultimately paint defects come from the manufacturing process at Funko and are a part of the final product.

We will include a grade and a detailed explanation of any damage in the grader notes for every product. please check the description box below the picture of the product for this info.

OUT OF BOX/NO BOX

All products that no longer have their original box will be marked as out of box/no box. We will do our best to detail every imperfection on out of box products in the grader’s notes.

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ON OUR WEBSITE/EBAY ARE FINAL   

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the condition and rarity of collectibles, we do not accept returns.  

If we make a mistake and ship you the wrong item or your package arrives with damage from the shipping courier, please contact us and we will do our best to provide a solution. please contact us within two (2) days of the order showing delivered to claim a damaged package due to shipping courier.

We have absolutely no control on how shipping couriers handle your packages, so please be patient with us if this happens.  

 CANCELLATIONS 

We are unable to cancel orders if you decide after purchasing that you do not want the item anymore. Please make sure before placing a purchase that you want the items as we cannot cancel the order.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES/REFUSED PACKAGE

Please ensure you have the right address prior to committing to your order. All packages returned to us for these reasons will have a minimum restock fee of 20% your order value. shipping charged to ship your item will not be refunded. refunds could take up to 12 business days to show on your account after the product is returned.
