The Hakka 10L electric sausage stuffer is designed for sausage filling in kitchens, butcher shops, restaurants, and food preparation areas. It uses an electric motor with variable speed control and a foot pedal, allowing the operator to guide the casing with both hands during filling. The removable 304 stainless steel canister tilts out for loading and cleaning, while the included 5 stuffing tubes support different casing sizes.
Detailed Features & Performance
The 90W motor provides electric filling operation without manual cranking. The variable speed control allows the filling speed to be adjusted for different meat textures and casing sizes, from smaller snack sticks to larger sausage casings.
The included foot pedal lets the operator start and stop the motor while keeping both hands available to hold and guide the casing. This setup helps maintain better control during sausage stuffing.
The 10L cylinder holds up to 22 lb of sausage mixture, making it suitable for repeated batch preparation. The removable tilt-out canister is made of 304 stainless steel for food contact, while the side panels use Type 201 stainless steel.
The sausage stuffer includes 5 stainless steel filling nozzles: 10 mm, 16 mm, 22 mm, 32 mm, and 38 mm. These tube sizes can be used for different sausage types, including snack sticks, standard sausages, larger casings, and meat filling applications.
A churro attachment set is included as an additional accessory. The main use of the machine is sausage stuffing, while the churro attachment provides an extra option for dough filling and shaping.
The cylinder tilts outward for loading and can be removed for cleaning after use. The package also includes 2 sealing rings and a cleaning brush for the stuffing tubes.
The locking nut and silicone sealing rings help maintain pressure inside the canister and reduce leakage during filling. The stable base helps keep the vertical sausage stuffer steady during operation.
