You can adjust the octave down, octave up, and the output level of the original sound within a range of two octaves above and below to create the balance to your liking.
You can select a combination of octaves to add to the original sound from 11 different modes, and control the balance with each knob.
Pure Octave is true bypass, so you don't have to worry about the tone changing when bypassed.
The power supply works with a DC9V center negative adapter.
It does not support operation on batteries.
