Ein Beispiel hierfür ist die konsequente Verwendung von Quadringen als dynamische Dichtungen. Schmatzen oder fehlende Lockout-Funktion gehören zu den häufigsten Service-Gründen bei Dämpfern - Stickstoff ist über die Trennkolbendichtung in die Ölkammer gelangt. Vergleicht man einen original häufig verwendeten O-Ring mit dem von uns eingesetzten Quadring, wundert man sich nicht.
