A defining moment in the company's history was 1976, when Marcello's son-in-law, Massimo, joined the workshop and took over the frame-building department—a position he still holds today. The year 1984 marked a turning point: following the founder's death, his four daughters took over the management of the company. In the same year, Faggin underscored its world-class status as the official supplier to the Italian national team at the Los Angeles Olympic Games. This late 80s Faggin is a prime example of the era's bold aesthetics, featuring an elaborate red and white mesh fade. Technically, the bike is built with a period-correct Shimano 600 Tricolor group (6400 series), renowned for its mechanical perfection and iconic design. The cockpit consists of a classic combination of 3T (Tecno Tubo Torino) stem and handlebars, highlighting the frame's Italian heritage. Dark anodized Campagnolo Omega rims provide a striking look and stability, while the Selle Italia Turbo Special in smooth leather completes the contemporary build.

Condition:

Used. The road bike is in excellent condition. The frame has been inspected for structural integrity; it is alignment-perfect and shows no cracks, dents, or plastic deformations. During the full restoration, the bicycle was completely disassembled. All components were deep-cleaned in an ultrasonic bath, technically inspected, and reassembled with high-quality lubricants. All wear parts, including tires, tubes, chain, cables, and housing, as well as the bar tape, have been replaced with adequate new parts. The result is a technically flawless machine that is immediately ready for use.
