Roc Loc Air: Beim revolutionären Roc Loc® Air System befindet sich der Einstellmechanismus in einem Minigehäuse. Die Größeneinstellung geht einfach und in Micro-Rastern mit zwei Fingern. Für den perfekten Sitz lässt sich das System in der Höhe justieren und sorgt für eine ausgezeichnete Luftdurchfuhr und Ventilation im Helminneren. Durch das einzigartige Design entsteht ein kleines Luftkissen zwischen Helmschale und Kopf, so dass der Fahrtwind ungestört strömen und kühlen kann, ohne dass Einbußen in Passform und Komfort hingenommen werden müssen.
In-Mold Konstruktion: Bei dieser Konstruktion wird die robuste Polycarbonat-Außenschale während des Aufschäumens der aufprallabsorbierenden EPS-Innenschale in einem Arbeitsgang mit dieser verklebt. Der Helm wird, ohne zusätzliches Gewicht, dadurch noch widerstandsfähiger. Dieser Produktionsprozess ermöglicht es außerdem, deutlich bessere Belüftungssysteme und Belüftungsöffnungen zu formen. In-Mold Helme sind, im Vergleich zu traditionellen Helmen, somit leichter und besitzen deutlich bessere Belüftungssysteme.
Super Fit™ Engineering: Das Super Fit™ Größensystem ist die Grundlage Giros Produktdesign- und Entwicklungsprozesses. Giros langjährige Erfahrung erlaubt es ihnen, bei der Entwicklung auf eine Unmenge von Messdaten der verschiedensten Kopf- und Gesichtsformen zurückgreifen zu können. Nach unterschiedlichsten, intensiven Tests in Giros Labors wird das Produkt weiteren harten Praxistests unterzogen und dabei durch Giros Teamfahrer auf Herz und Nieren geprüft. Daraufhin erfolgt so lange eine Optimierung, bis ein Maximum an Passform und Komfort erreicht ist. Kompromisse bezüglich Qualität und Funktionsweise werden von Giro nicht gemacht.
Wind Tunnel: Wind-Tunnel-Belüftung ist das Giro-eigene System von internen Kanälen und aktiven Belüftungsöffnungen, die kühle, frische Luft über und um Ihren Kopf herumleiten und die erschöpfende Hitze und abgestandene Luft herauspressen.
Die X-Static Pads sind äußerst komfortabel, haben wärmereflektierende und -abschirmende Eigenschaften und sorgen für ein angenehmes Klima und erhöhten Komfort. X-Static® ist eine mit reinem Silber versehene Faser, die Bakterien und somit den Gerüchen, die diese Bilden, keine Chance. Die Pads sind maschinenwaschbar.

Hard to say if genuine or faux.

I was really debating between two brands and decided to get this one since it had more good sounding reviews. I received it and now I'm not 100% sure if this is REAL sheep or just a really well done Faux. I trimmed a few pieces from this rug and my Faux one I got from ROSS and they both bubbled up exactly the same way when burned...But the rug I got from Ross is so much softer and smoother, but the backing is different in the Ross one and definitely a cotton material compared to this Amazon one which is slightly stiff but more suede looking. I also felt a real sheep rug earlier this week (and was what made me interested in buying one—but I wasn't interested in the price tag of the one from the store I found. However, the one at the store even had a tag on the corner stating "Genuine New Zealand Sheep Skin"). I just wish this had a stamp or tag somewhere or something on the piece stating it's "Genuine" like most authentic leather/fur goods have. It is fluffy and soft—but so is my faux rug from ROSS. This piece does have those curls/coils that make it seem more dense and like an actual sheep's coat. It might just be a REALLY low quality product that they're trying to market in an enticing manner. Even the backing looks like cheap cardboard like someone else stated. Either way, most likely keeping it since the price was alot less than the cost of the one I found at the store and I like the creamy beige color I ordered because it gives a more natural look than the stark white fur I originally found.
Regardless, it's for my Dog, so I'm not too bothered and if it gets messed up and mangled it won't be such a big deal.
Odor in the one I got just smelled like a sheep that's been in the sun all day and dissipated pretty quickly/got covered up once I sprayed it with my dog's fragrance/refresh spray. Creased up from the packaging but nothing a little brushing and shaking couldn't fix.
I hope this helped inform you before you purchased.
PS: They did send samples of a "Faux" Fur AND "Real" Fur which I thought was kind of neat but the sample coulda been from an actual good quality real fur compared to what they sent...Who knows?

Luxurious? Um, absolutely!

Oh wow, I love this. Thick and cozy, lovely to sit on. I draped this over an old garage sale recliner that suffered an astonishingly bad upholstery choice decades ago and despite still being in good condition, it's quite unpretty. This skin covers nearly the entire back and most of the seat of that unpretty recliner, and now it's actually rather attractive and I love to sit there, surrounded by this thick, lovely long wool. A bit sheepy smelling at times but I haven't minded. A quick shake restores its appearance. It arrived quickly to my door and came with a brush, which I haven't needed to use. Really, really glad I bought this.
