The fact that the motor is placed in the center at the level of the bottom bracket makes it possible to drive the bike in a balanced way. The low pedaling resistance, on the other hand, ensures a natural riding feeling.To drive fast, you need reliable brakes. The SHIMANO "BR-MT200" hydraulic disc brake provides adequate braking - even when the going gets tougher. To start off again, the SHIMANO "Alivio" derailleur offers nine stepped gears.
When it comes to comfort, the "eTrekking 12.6" shines with the adjustable SUNTOUR suspension fork. The 63mm of travel dampens well when going over cobblestones or rough forest paths. For slippery roads, the suspension fork can also be locked using the lockout function.
The suspended seat post and wide tires are additionally supportive. The tires convince with a great puncture protection. For road traffic, they give greater safety by reflective strips. With CONTEC lighting, you are clearly visible to other road users. The 30 lux illuminates the way home well in the dark.

Beautiful Artwork, Delicious Treats

I saw this book in a book store and was drawn to the beautiful artwork and simple recipes with gorgeous and more complex decoration. So far I have made one cake (the one with lime and white chocolate with almonds on top) and it was a HUGE hit with my husband. His comment was that he had to restrain himself from eating the whole thing!!

I have tons of cookbooks, and what I don't buy, I get from the library. This book has unusual, beautiful styling ideas, feasible for the home baker, with good instructions.

Not crafty/artistic .. maybe not for you.. if so.. some great ideas

hmmm.. where to start.. firstly.. this is one talented artist/baker/author. The photos/end products in this book.. look incredible.. That being said.. I am a great baker.. not a great crafter/painter/drawer/artist. .. Many of the decorations involve drawing for making a stencil.. or sponge painting etc..
For the seashell recipe.. it starts with.. collect sea shells from the sea shore.. (not that practical) .. the hazelnut cookies have so few ingredients.. albeit.. an amazing decoration.. I doubted their deliciousness..
I loved the suggestion of using an open book to make your butterfly icing creatures.. to give them a in flight curved effect... I just dont see me ever doing that
I did not make anything from this book.. i thumbed through it.. and returned it.. SO this is based purely on my own limitations of crafting/artistic ability.. hopefully a more ambitious home cook comes along and proves me wrong.
