The Campagnolo Record 11s Ultra-Torque Crankset is built around a full-carbon construction — unidirectional and multidirectional layers combined in hollow arms — that keeps weight down without compromising the stiffness you need when the road pitches up or a sprint opens up.
The chainrings are where the engineering gets specific. Campagnolo redesigned the tooth profile for 11-speed compatibility, with two diametrically opposed upshift sectors and two downshift sectors — a geometry intended to make shifting response immediate in both directions. Hard anodization gives the rings measurably better resistance to wear and corrosion over time. The Ultra-Torque axle system uses integrated semi-axles in each crank arm, joining at the bottom bracket with USB bearings designed for minimal friction under sustained load.
