Graved Lachs oder Gravad-Lachs ist eine jahrhundertealte Konservierungsmethode aus Skandinavien. Man gräbt heute nicht mehr den Lachs ein, wie es unsere nordischen Vorfahren taten („gravad“), doch dafür kennen wir die richtige Kühlmethode und raffinierte Gewürzmischungen, die unseren Töllner’s Graved Lachs zu einem kulinarischen Highlight machen.

Töllner’s Genießertipp: Servieren Sie unseren frisch gebeizten Graved Lachs mit süßer Senfsoße aus eigener Herstellung. Allein die Soße ist ein Gedicht, zusammen mit dem exquisiten Lachs eine absolute Delikatesse.

Herkunft & Verarbeitung: Hauptlieferanten sind kleine, namhafte schottische Lachszüchter mit nachhaltigen Aquakulturen. Geringe Besatzdichte und sauberes Nordatlantikwasser macht schottische Zuchtlachse zu Lachsen exquisiter Qualität. Dieser Lachs wird als Rohware frisch angeliefert und von Töllner’s Edelfisch Produktion mit Salz, Zucker, frischen Dillspitzen und Gewürzen gebeizt.

Haltbarkeit: mindestens 10 Tage haltbar

Closing it when you have a ring.

Its a nice box but the problem i have with it is the middle piece. It does not give enough room if you have a ring that sits high like a cocktail ring. And same if you have a pendant necklace in the necklace area. You have ro really force it closed and i worry that it will put pressure on the items. Closes fine when its empty but the minute you put a ring in the ring spot that has any kind of height you have to squeeze it shut. Its a good little box that you can put in a safe. Thats why i use it. Just to put my good jewelry in it and then secure it properly in a small house safe. Also ive already had the backs of a few earring pop off when I've opened the earring flap because it all rubs together. .
