As a great companion for your best tube amp or a replacement altogether, the Xotic AC Booster V2 is your ticket to authentic tube-like tone. Delivering a spectrum of overdriven tones from slight warmth to dirty crunch, this classic for Xotic is primed for performance.
The Xotic AC Booster V2 loads in with an easily accessible suite of controls for customization. Its front-facing controls feature Volume, Gain, Treble, and Bass settings and a controllable Boost dial for harnessing and setting the power of the onboard boost circuit. Drop this pedal in alongside your favorite vintage tube amp and let the heat and character bloom. Along with these baseline features, the AC Booster V2 builds in a series of external dipswitches that can further shape its character. Independent switches for compression, classic and modern modes, and mid boosts all align with easy access to raise the standards of this pedal to the next level. Additionally, nine to eighteen volt power operation allows for the AC Booster V2 to be operated with higher headroom.
As one of the great tube amp companions, the AC Booster V2 is a knockout representation of how one can do so much with so little.
- Volume and Gain controls with two-band EQ
- Onboard boost circuit with independent level control
- External dipswitches for added compression, voicing, and mid control
- Nine to eighteen volt DC center negative power operation
