Objective:
While this could be a Squirrels deck as its name implies, it could still be just as powerful and cute as a dedicated tokens deck. Generate tons of tokens and mana from Hazel Of The Rootbloom’s Ability and slowly chip away at your opponent’s life total.
Upgrades:
Scute Swarm
Creakwood Liege
Grist, The Hunger Tide
These 3 cards will give a consistent source of token generation. Scute swarm’s ability will increase exponentially after your 6th land and Grist generates tokens and destroys opponent’s creatures.
Mirkwood Bats
With the constant source of token creation secured, here comes one of the cheaper win conditions. Dealing 1 damage to each opponent for each token may seem small but as the game progresses, Mirkwood bats would have deal more than its fair share of damage even without attacking.
Elven Chorus
This enchantment provides some small form of card advantage and mana boost whereby it allows creatures to tap for mana and cast creatures off the top of the library.
Primal Vigor
A cheaper doubling season but still gets the job done. Combine this with Mirkwood Bats and you are talking huge amounts of damage dealt for very little mana investment.
Harvest Season
A very overlooked ramp spell but combine it with Hazel of the Rootbloom’s tap ability and you will be putting more than 3-4 lands into play.
Undergrowth Stadium
This land will be an upgrade in terms of giving the appropriate colors as well as entering untap.
