• Local pickup customers: We can set suspension sag, rebound, and tire pressures so the bike is tuned correctly for your weight and local terrain.
• Shipped bikes: The bike arrives professionally assembled and test ridden. If you want help dialing in suspension or cockpit setup at home, our staff can walk you through the basics before your first ride.
• Recommended add-ons: Most riders add pedals, protection (helmet and pads), and a few cockpit tweaks (grips, bar width, stem length) to match riding style and terrain.
