The octave sound features a distorted organ tone, and its excellent tracking has earned the endorsement of many professionals!! While its successor, the OC-3, has finally gone digital and become more versatile, the uniquely thick sound of the analog version is hard to give up. It supports single notes only, and performance is more stable when used with the front pickup.Humbuckers tend to be more stable than single-coil pickups, and rolling off the guitar’s tone control is also effective. The best connection order is either closest to the guitar or after a compressor/limiter.
