Fork may be a little tweaked as the wheel doesnt sit perfectly

Scratches on bottom of downtube but barely seen unless flipped over. Cool bike that we were going to build clinchers for but we have more projects than the Christmas elves can handle. 57.5 Top Tube 58.5 Seat Tube. This is a project - a nice project - but it is not a “what is the least I can do to commute to work?” bike. $600
