Gamechanger Audio has broken new ground with their PLUS Pedal. Unlike a typical sustain unit, the PLUS Pedal actually samples your signal in real time, creating an indefinite snapshot of the most recent sound you produced. Almost entering loop pedal territory, this effect takes a high-res sample of your tone to build sustain and layer your sound. Housed in a familiar piano-type pedal, the PLUS features a blend control, sustain level control, and rise/tail features to adjust how the sustain starts and stops. There is also a group mode for multiple layers, and a wet/dry control which can allow you to create sustain without your original signal for sonic creativity. If you are looking to fill in the cracks in a three-piece rock setting, or creating ambiance for film scoring, the Gamechanger PLUS is a great new tool for your composing.
