Smalls are comparable to a 6-8oz

Med are comparable to a 10oz – 12oz.

Large are comparable to 14oz These are also a good fit for men

The sizing is based mostly on your hand size, not the weight of the glove. If a woman has a very petite hand, we recommend the Small and average hand, a Med. Large hands and men's hands will be a Large.
