The Bullitt Original is the ultimate non-electric cargo bike for those who love a pure cycling experience, style, and functionality. Designed by the Danish brand Larry vs Harry, this iconic cargo bike combines a lightweight aluminum frame with a robust, sleek design. The Bullitt X is probably the only cargo bike that rides super light even without any assistance. Designed with attention to detail, made by true cycling enthusiasts in Denmark—and you can feel that in every aspect. 

This cargo bike is available in 9 colors, 2 sizes, and 6 gearing systems. But if your dream cargo bike isn’t among these, you can also build your own by buying a frameset in RÁ (raw aluminum) so you can have it painted or powder-coated in your desired color, and then build it up with the components of your choice. We can help with that too, but it can get pricey quickly.

The Bullitt is a cargo bike that's 'made to last' and can handle enormous loads. You can build it for almost any purpose. There are various lockable boxes, dog carriers, boxes for packages, for kids, or just the blank platform to keep things flexible and light.

Maintenance:

The maintenance interval depends heavily on usage. Brake pads should be replaced every 3,000–4,000 km on average. With intensive use, it’s important to wash the bike thoroughly 4 times a year to keep it fresh—this is 80% of the maintenance. If the bike is always kept outside, a parka is recommended to protect it from moisture.

Not sure whether to choose an electric or non-electric Bullitt?

The Bullitt rides lightly and, thanks to the stiff frame construction and optimal riding position, offers excellent power transfer. Still, you'll probably use it to transport things, groceries, tools, your dog, or kids. In that case, it’s nice to have the option for pedal assist or to ride a bit faster against the wind. An important consideration is this: The e-Bullitt has no extra resistance when the motor isn’t assisting, so it rides just like a non-electric Bullitt. You can easily ride the e-Bullitt without electric assist, but on a non-electric Bullitt, you can’t turn the assist on.
