This PAS sensor detects pedaling cadence and enables pedal-assist operation on compatible E-BikeKit and E-TrikeKit systems.
Description
The E-BikeKit™ Mini III PAS Sensor senses pedaling cadence to activate motor assistance when riding in pedal-assist mode. It can be used alongside a throttle, allowing throttle override when desired.
This is a hall-effect, 5-volt PAS sensor designed for square-taper bottom brackets with internal splines.
Important fitment notes:
- Designed for square-taper bottom brackets with internal splines (will not work if the thickest part of the shaft exceeds 15.6 mm)
- Fits current model Eco-Tad, Fat-Tad, EZ-3 USX HD, T3 CX trikes, and other trikes using compatible square-taper bottom brackets
- Requires removal of the left crank arm for installation
- No PAS magnet required
