The Crazy Tube Circuits SideKick Jr transports you back to the '80s with the press of a button. Three classic effects—chorus, delay, and reverb—are brought together in this compact pedal that sounds like it came straight out of a vintage studio setup. Whether you're going for the psychedelic, chorus-laden sounds of The Cure and Killing Joke or the clear, high-fidelity delays of Eddie Van Halen, the SideKick Jr handles it with ease and character.
The SideKick Jr sounds warm and authentic: the chorus is rich and moving, the delay is clear and musical, and the reverb adds just the right amount of space without overwhelming the mix. Operation is intuitive and quick to grasp, with separate knobs for Reverb Mix, Reverb Type, Excite, Delay More, Tail, Time, Chorus Depth, and Speed. Expandable with the optional CTC XT footswitch for separate on/off control of the chorus section.
The SideKick Jr is handcrafted in Greece by Crazy Tube Circuits and runs on a 9V power supply. A versatile and inspiring pedal for guitarists who want to rediscover the magic of the '80s.
