Yes, the Tuff Stuff Elite is designed to fit almost all off-road cars and trucks.

What do I need to get this roof top tent installed on my car or truck?
To mount the Tuff Stuff Elite on your vehicle, you'll need a roof rack or a bed rack that has cross bars (running from one side of the vehicle to the other) and that can handle the weight of the tent.

Are roof top tents too heavy?
With the right roof rack, you can mount almost any tent to almost any vehicle. Simply check the dynamic weight capacity of your roof rack and compare it to the weight of the tent. As long as the roof rack can handle the weight, you're good to go. You do not need to worry about the weight with people inside, as that's a static weight capacity which is much, much higher.

How long does it take to open and close the Tuff Stuff Elite?
The Elite roof top tent setup and break down can each be done in under five minutes. Refer to the Tuff Stuff Elite instructions below for details.

How many people can sleep in the Elite roof top tent?
The Tuff Stuff Elite can sleep 4-5 people, and up to 4 more using the annex room.

Is it safe to sleep in a roof top tent?
Roof top tents like the Tuff Stuff Elite Tent are actually safer to sleep in than ground tents. They elevate you off the ground, away from animals, critters, and water. The tents are also securely fastened to the car, so you don't have to worry about being up higher.

One of the best books on shame out there
Format: Paperback
As a shame researcher and educator, I often refer to DeYoung's book because it is so full of resources and relational tools for clinicians and individuals relating to the neurobiology of shame. It is a very small book with A LOT of information. Many references to the shame research and suggestions for treating shame in clinical practice from a perspective of right brain relationship dynamics. Thank you Patricia!

Highly recommend.
Format: Paperback
One of the most helpful, lucid, and comprehensive books on shame I've encountered. This was required reading for graduate school and is now one of my most returned to, dog-eared, and referenced books. Can't recommend enough.

Thorough, clear, enlightening, and inspiring - not often achieved in academia
Format: Paperback
This is an extraordinarily well-researched manual. It presents for the reader a Catholic-Christian perspective on psychology/mental health which is faithful to the magisterial teachings of the Church and the Christian tradition. So much good will come to the clinician/professor/pastoral leader/student/generally-concerned-citizen who engages thoughtfully with the CCMMP. More to the point, those whom they serve will reap the real harvest. This could be one of the most important books written in this century. Yes. Bold claim. Bolder still and brighter yet the vision of the human person elucidated in this volume. "The glory of God is a human person fully alive" (St. Irenaeus of Lyon) The CCMMP sheds light for the reader to catch that vision of God's image (the human person) in a world so dimmed by confusion. Read this book. Or pick put some chapters that are of particular interest to you and go through those. You'll be glad you did.
