Just when you thought the Skycamp couldn't get any better..... iKamper rolls out the 3.0 Skycamp Roof Top Tents! The iKamper Skycamp 3.0 includes a host of updates to their premium quality, expanding footprint hard shell roof top tents.

New Features iKamper introduced in Skycamp 3.0 RTT
- Exterior Design and Fabric Changes Colors are now Dark Gray and Black with PFC-FREE Processed, Black Pigmented and UV Coated 75D RIPSTOP Rainfly
- Interior Design and Color Changes The world map graphic and mattress cover are also now dark gray
- Hardshell Lock Improvements Easier, quicker, and more secure locking method for closed tent. Locking latches now have hooks on the side of the hardshell in lieu of the bottom of the tent. This makes closing the tent much easier when mounted to flat rack systems like the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform or the Front Runner Slim Line II. 3.0 latches also offer adjustability. We love these latch upgrades here at Rhino Adventure Gear!
- Mattress Updates Innovative 9-zone mattress that is 44% thicker than the 2.0 series. iKamper developed the first 6.5 cm thick 9-zone mattress with an integrated insulating pad in the roof top tent market. (Mattress terminology check: "9-zone mattresses" provide various levels of support to different areas of the body for maximum comfort)
- Windows Can be converted from roll-up to quick-opening system using straps inside the tent
- Tension Pole Brackets Entrance Tension Pole Brackets are improved for higher durability and detachability of HC ladder. Side Tension Pole Brackets are improved for easier installation and higher durability.
- Screw Cover Caps are included to prevent wear and tear to rainfly and inner tent.
- Tension Pole Pocket Tension Pole Pocket is attached on the entrance to keep the poles in place when not in use.
- Mounting Brackets 3.0 Enable installation on wider range of cross bar widths. Using the wrench provided, the user can reach the brackets from the side of the roof for installation.
- Badge Update iKamper logo on the front of the tent is now a matte metal texture
- Improved Anchor Point for Elastic Band used to keep rainfly taught
- Two new passthrough rubber grommets to easily run electrical wires in and out of the tent (1 passthrough located on foldout extension floor panel, rear side of tent. 1 passthrough located on driver's side rear of main floor panel)
- All zippers are upgraded to YKK zippers, which have higher quality and durability.
- Updated Accessory Rail Track to mount accessories under extension panel

Standard Fiberglass Shell (Glossy Black)
- Strong, light weight, high-gloss, and aerodynamic- fiberglass has been the go-to shell material for hard shell roof top tents for decades

Buy the Insurance
I had to use my insurance plan to replace my iPad case. Initially I was sent back to the merchant because I was supposed to be covered under their warranty but to no avail. Once I informed Asurion they sent me the return label along with the instructions which were extremely easy to follow. I selected my drop off location after packing the case back up and within 24-48 hours I received my refund.
Now the one downside I do not like (and it may be user error) was that the funds went to my Amazon account as a gift card. It says you can transfer the funds to your bank card from there but I did not see that option nor was it easy to find. So maybe adding instructions on how to transfer from the gift card back to your original form of payment in an easy to locate/navigate location would make this a 5 star ⭐️ review.
Overall, for what I paid for the insurance versus what I would have paid to replace the case is worth the value of the plan for my money in my books!
Smart shoppers protect their money! I will ALWAYS add the insurance when it is offered. I am seriously contemplating just doing the monthly payment for the amount of stuff I buy from here.
In other words buy the insurance… It’s totally worth it!

Very easy to start a claim!!
Asurion is the best insurance you can buy. It's very easy to start a claim; a label is included for free shipping of the product. A gift card is electronically provided a few days after you send the product back. I love it.

waste of money, do not buy for Razer mice
bought this for my Razer Basilisk V3, absolute waste of money. Buttons 4 and 5 stopped working on my mouse and they want me to send it in to be inspected for repairs before they issue anything. so basically you're out of a mouse for potentially up to a month (can take 2 weeks for inspection, not including shipping time to get there). this mouse only cost me 40 dollars and some odd tax and they want me to send it in for inspection. So basically i have to buy a new mouse while i wait for this one to be "fixed" or for them to send me a giftcard to buy a replacement. So what's the point if I end up having to buy a new mouse out of pocket while i wait? Just don't bother with it.

Quick easy refund for mechanical faluire of computer mouse
I like a brand of computer mouse that is known to have mechanical issues after a year or two, so i bought the protection plan. The mouse did end up not fully working about 3 months before the protection plan ended so i submitted a claim, explained what was wrong, and was almost instantly refunded the full price i had paid. Based on what i paid this time for the protection plan on my new mouse it was about 10-12 dollars originally for the plan on my old mouse.
