Designer Notes:  Many of your creatures have abilities like Exalted which allow them to power up 1 attacking creature.  Use Rafiq to give that creature double strike so you can swing for huge damage.  Cards like Behemoth Sledge make your creature much harder to block.  Because of the Commander damage rule Rafiq himself might be the one you want to be attacking with.
